Established in 2011, CCCO is a US dollar denominated fund that invests in unique opportunities in high growth businesses in China through structured investment products which are cash-generative, that offer downside protection features and equity upside. Investments are in the form of senior debt, mezzanine debt, convertible debt, preferred equity, common equity, warrants or other structured securities. Target businesses have a proven track record of successful products with leadership in their respective sectors, with stable operating cashflows and sustainable competitive advantages.

Established in 2005, CMF is a US dollar denominated platform that invests in a range of sectors including utilities, real estate, infrastructure, transportation, and consumer industries. We created innovative financing structures to capture a variety of investment opportunities relating to companies and/or assets that cannot be satisfied by conventional banking products.

A dedicated team of professionals based in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing is responsible for the distribution of RMB single-investment funds with a focus on the technology, consumer, healthcare, and real estate sectors. To capture the growing need for structured capital solutions in the domestic market, our business also executes fundraising for private and public onshore companies, placements for listed companies and real estate financing in mainland China.

Our onshore investment management subsidiaries have been registered with the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).
