Our businesses cover investments in non-performing loans originated by financial institutions, corporate account receivables, defaulted bonds, and non-performing assets securitization investments. We also invest in companies that are experiencing liquidity, operational difficulties or in bankruptcy proceedings and look for turnaround or restructuring. Other special situations investment opportunities induced by financial difficulties or special events are also one of our focuses.
Our competitive edges lie in CITIC's vast resources and sound relationship with regulatory authorities. Since establishment in 2017, we have successfully launched 5 RMB investment funds with over USD1.3 bn of committed capital.
