In 2005, we established CITIC Allco Investment Limited ("CAIL"), together with Allco Finance Group of Australia. Through this vehicle we create innovative financing structures to address investment opportunities which cannot be satisfied through conventional banking products or pure equity investment. CAIL invests in a wide range of sectors such as general industry, utilities, infrastructure, transportation and real estate.
