Our CITIC Capital China Property Fund, L.P. was raised in 2005 and had exited in 2007 with strong returns. The strategy of this fund was to target special situation opportunities in which CITIC Capital could leverage its unique base of relationships to source and close real estate investments which required a high degree of flexibility and sophistication.
