Our
CITIC Capital Vanke China Property Development Fund, L.P. targets one of the
most attractive opportunities in the China real estate market, the strong
demand for affordable middle-class housing. This fund works closely with Vanke
Group, the leading Chinese property developer, to source, develop and manage
investment opportunities. The fund was first established in March 2006.
Up to June 2008, the fund has fully invested in ten projects with total Gross
Floor Area of 2,051,937 sqm in Dongguan, Foshan, Zhuhai, Wuxi, Suzhou, Wuhan, Tianjin
