- Residential development: 10 projects in 8 cities, totaling over 2 million sq m, co-invested with Vanke.
- All projects have been exited with overall gross IRR of 21.7% p.a. and overall gross investment multiple of 2.05x.
CITIC Capital China Real Estate Investment Fund III, L.P.
- Capital commitment: USD400 million.
- Multi-strategy: investments include residential development, equity level investment, acquisition of office, luxury residential and retail property.
- Four projects have been exited with combined gross IRR of 19.9% p.a. and combined investment multiple of 1.76x.
