Due to our extensive relationship base and deep understanding of the state-owned enterprise sector, we focus mainly on companies with some form of government ownership or involvement.

CITIC Capital China Partners, L.P. (“CCCP”), our maiden China PE fund, was established in 2006 with total capital commitments of USD425 million. CITIC Capital China Partners II, L.P., the successor fund, completed its final closing in February 2010 with total capital commitments of USD925 million.
